Hyderabad will soon add another major infrastructure project to its growing urban landscape. The ₹2,059.81-crore Unity Mall at Raidurg will follow the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. The project will create a dedicated platform for Telangana’s handloom, handicrafts, cottage industries and One District One Product (ODOP) products.
Moreover, the mall will help local artisans and manufacturers reach wider markets. It will also strengthen Hyderabad’s commercial and economic ecosystem.
Unity Mall to Come Up on 6.17 Acres in Raidurg
The Hyderabad Unity Mall will occupy 6.17 acres in Raidurg, located within the city’s major IT corridor. The project will feature twin towers with a built-up area of around 27 lakh square feet.
Additionally, its strategic location will improve access for professionals, visitors and shoppers. The development will bring together commercial spaces and opportunities for local businesses.
Platform for Telangana’s ODOP Products
The Unity Mall will showcase ODOP products from all 33 districts of Telangana. It will give local products a dedicated space and improve their visibility among buyers.

- Traditional artisan products
- Rural enterprises
Traditional crafts such as Gadwal, Nirmal and Bidri work will also gain greater exposure through the project.
