Hyderabad Real Estate Growth

Hyderabad’s residential real estate market maintained steady momentum in July 2026. The city recorded 6,166 home registrations worth ₹4,447 crore during the month. Moreover, registrations from January to July reached 44,158 units, showing 4% YoY growth.

Hyderabad Property Registrations Grow in July

Property registration activity strengthened in July. Registration volumes grew 1% YoY and 11% MoM. Meanwhile, the total value of registered properties increased 6% YoY to ₹30,847 crore.

This growth reflects continued demand across Hyderabad’s residential market. In addition, infrastructure development, improving connectivity, and expanding employment hubs continue to support housing demand.

Premium Housing Demand Strengthens

The premium housing segment continued to drive transaction value. Homes priced above ₹1 crore and those between ₹50 lakh and ₹1 crore recorded 5% YoY growth.

Furthermore, premium properties contributed around 50% of the total transaction value. This trend highlights growing demand for higher-value homes across established and emerging residential corridors.

Affordable Housing Leads Registration Volumes

Affordable and mid-segment homes continued to attract a large share of buyers. These properties accounted for 54% of total registrations.

Therefore, Hyderabad’s housing market continues to show balanced demand across different price segments. While premium homes contribute significantly to transaction value, affordable housing continues to drive registration volumes.

Infrastructure Supports Hyderabad Real Estate Growth

Hyderabad’s ongoing infrastructure expansion is creating new residential opportunities. Improved connectivity and emerging employment centres are also supporting growth across developing corridors.

As a result, both homebuyers and developers continue to explore established neighbourhoods as well as emerging locations.

Hyderabad Real Estate Market Outlook

Overall, Hyderabad’s residential market remains resilient in 2026. With 44,158 homes registered between January and July, demand continues to remain steady.

Going forward, infrastructure investment, urban expansion, and new economic centres could further support Hyderabad’s real estate growth. Consequently, the city is likely to remain an important residential market for buyers, investors, and developers.
