The city recorded 9.4 million sq. ft. of Grade A office leasing from January to September 2026. This represents a 47% year-on-year increase.
As a result, Hyderabad ranked second among India’s major office markets, behind Bengaluru. The growth highlights the city’s rising demand from global companies, technology firms and flexible workspace operators.

Meanwhile, Hyderabad added around 6.7 million sq. ft. of new office space in Q3 2026. This accounted for nearly 35% of India’s total quarterly office supply.

At the national level, India recorded 54.4 million sq. ft. of Grade A office leasing during the first nine months of 2026.
